Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how The Zeoli Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with MAVYN, our software platform for mortgage companies and their branches (the "Service"). We keep this simple and honest: we collect what we need to run the Service, we don't sell your data, and we protect it.

1Scope
This policy covers information we handle through our public website (mavynhq.com) and the MAVYN application. MAVYN is a business-to-business tool used by mortgage organizations. Much of the information in the Service is entered by our customers about their own business, loan pipeline, and team ("Customer Data"); for that information, our customer is the controller and we act as a processor on their behalf under our agreement with them.
2Information we collect
- Account information — name, work email, phone number, role, and the organization you belong to, used to create and secure your login.
- Customer Data — the business records your team enters or imports into MAVYN, such as loan files, pipeline status, production and financial figures, recruiting records, and internal notes.
- Usage & device data — standard log information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Communications — messages you send us (for example, an access request or support email) and your contact details.
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers or full consumer credit reports through the public website. Any sensitive business or borrower information lives inside the authenticated application and is governed by our agreement with the customer organization.
3How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- Send account, transactional, and service messages (including email and, where enabled, text alerts you or your organization have opted into);
- Respond to your requests and provide support;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4Text messaging (SMS)
Where enabled by your organization, MAVYN may send SMS text alerts (for example, a new-submission or status notification) to team members who have opted in. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from the Service — you will still receive in-app and email notifications.
We do not sell your data, and mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
5How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers (subprocessors) — vetted vendors that host and power MAVYN, such as our cloud database and authentication provider, our website host, and our messaging/telephony provider. They may process information only to provide services to us.
- Within your organization — Customer Data is visible to authorized members of your own company according to their role and permissions.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or MAVYN.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
6Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Service, and as required to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Customer Data is retained and deleted according to our agreement with the customer organization; when an organization leaves MAVYN, we delete or return its data on request within a commercially reasonable period.
7Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and role-based permissions, and hardened database policies. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it.
8Your choices & rights
- Access or update your account details from within the Service, or by contacting us;
- Opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link);
- Request a copy or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits and to our customer's instructions where the data is Customer Data.
To make a request, email nick@mavynhq.com.
9Third-party links & services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
10Children
MAVYN is a business tool intended for use by adults in a professional capacity. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 18.
11United States
MAVYN is operated in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the U.S. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be handled here.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
